He is survived by: his siblings, Charles D. Mitchell (Elizabeth), Douglas Mitchell (Deborah), Chardell D. Russell (Donny), Claudette Ramaley (Blair) and Debbie Smith (Jeffry); his mother-in-law Mary Ann Moir; and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Jaroscak (Mark), Robbin Lomax (Robert), Marilan Moir (Dawn Cooksey) and Sheri Eyring (Edward). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
