She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; and her siblings, Roberta Slone, Emma Jane Allen and John Blevins. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Claycomb (Renee), Judith L. Aker (Mark) and Dennis D; her grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda) and Jennifer (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Spencer, Alyssa, Caylin, Makenna and Sawyer; her brothers, Robert Blevins (Lavonne) and Bill Blevins (Pansy); and her sister-in-law Betty Blevins.
