He is survived by: his daughter Amy Breitenbach; his grandchildren, Kelvin Jr., Kayla and Tiaira; his great grandchildren, Messiah, Miahlynn, Kingston, Kaine and Namira; and his siblings, Terry (Laura), Jamie and Annette (Bob).
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (29535 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145).
