"Ollie" Swogger Cook; his son Chris Cook (Tammy) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Corey and Christa Cook; and his siblings, Jace Cook (Cheryl) of Austintown, John Cook (Larraine) of Youngstown, Terry Cook of West Farmington, Brenda Bier of Cadiz and Robert Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
