He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. and Mary P. Kelly (Coburn); and his siblings, Michael Kelly (Lewenna), Daniel Kelly and LeeAnn Krantz (Lloyd).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Ferry; his daughters, Brandy Gilea (Ciprian) of Canfield and Jamie Paullin (Matthew) of Strongsville; his grandchildren, Luca, Matilyn and Logan; his siblings, Robert Kelly, Jr. (Carol) of New Castle and Colleen Ward (Gary) of New Castle; and his sister-in-law Penny Kelly of New Castle.
