He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rager and Velma Cole (Claycomb); his stepfather Wilbur Cole; and his half-sister Christell Rager. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Rager (Kristen) and Ryan Rager (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Daphne and Oliver; his sisters, Sharon Willmitch (Tony) of Austintown and Kelli Choate (David) of Cleveland; his half-brother Danny Rager; and his stepbrother Albert Rager.
