It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas O'Hara Sr. of Austintown, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Hara and Helen Marrie O'Hara Schabel. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lazorchak; his children, Shannon Kusic (Randy) of Youngstown, Thomas O'Hara Jr. (Jennifer) of Austintown, Glendon O'Hara (Tarra) of Austintown and Dennis O'Hara (Kristen) of Youngstown; his siblings, Patricia Massie (Rick) of Austintown and William O'Hara (Nancy) of Austintown; his grandchildren, Aaron Clay (Karlee), Jaimee Willett, Zachary, Elysabethe, Brandon, Anthony and Natalie O'Hara; and his great grandchildren, Bryce Clay and Charlotte Clay.
