He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Prusak and Adela Steinager Prusak; his wife Linda Scott Prusak; his children, Kimberly Wetzel of Boardman, Tina Petro (Bill) of Poland and Richard Prusak (Deborah) of Austintown; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jake, Louis, Emily, Zachary and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Thompson and Robbie; and his siblings, Edward Prusak (Irene) of Cortland, John, Joseph and Ann Altier.
