He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Paynter and Donna Paynter (Palmer); and his sisters, Sandra Snee and Connie Sharer. He is survived by: his wife Angelia Mehler; his children, Amanda of Pittsburgh, Nicholas and Zachariah of Austintown; and his siblings, Denise Peterson (Michael) of Struthers, Tina Snee (Randi Rosenweig) of Maryland, Darlene Engdahl (Reed) of Virginia and Sam Snee (Elizabeth) of Washington, DC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
