Carter, Sr.; her brother-in-law Jared Jameson; her nephews, Paul "Ronnie" Carter and Kelvin Fuller, Sr.; and her great-nephew Sean Sommerville.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Bailey of Mount Vernon, NY and Tracey Scott (Johnnie) of Mitchellville, MD; her grandchildren, John W, Carter, Jr., Nicole (Dwayne Sr.), Michelle, Tyron "TJ", Tyshonna, Shanelle, Bria and Ciara Scott; her sisters, Doris Jameson and Barbara McNair; her friend Lillian Stevens; and her niece Donna Maddox (Shirley). She is also survived by her parents, children and grandchildren.
