She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Evans and Ida Evans (Harris); her son Jeffrey A. Martin; and her great grandchild Samantha. She is survived by: her sons, Leslie A. Martin of Austintown and Harry R. Martin of Austintown. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

Shirley's great great grandfather was Henry Brunstetter, who donated five acres of his family farm on Wilcox Rd. which is now Brunstetter Cemetery.
