He is survived by: his parents, William O'Hara and Jacquelyn O'Hara (Pollock); his wife Jennifer O'Hara (Sabol) of Austintown; his daughters, Emily O'Hara of Austintown and Samantha Skowron of Cleveland; his siblings, Michael O'Hara (Angie) of Boardman, Patricia Mackie (Ronald) of Ontario Canada, Kathleen Morell (Jerry) of Struthers and Megan Shives (Ron) of Struthers; his mother-in-law Charlene Sabol; his sister-in-law Mandy Burnside (Lowell) of Boardman; and his pets, Chloe and Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
