With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sean M. Chizmar of Austintown, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jeri Wick Hearrell, Edward Hearrell, Michael P. Chizmar and Margaret Meenachan Chizmar. He is survived by: his parents, Martin S. Chizmar and Deborah K. Chizmar (Hearrell); and his sisters, Candace Hearrell and Jessica Chizmar.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lane Canfield Chapel (65 N Broad St, Canfield, OH 44406). A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sean's name to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio.
