He is survived by: his wife Pamela Yohman Clay; his siblings, Ruby "Sue" McDonnell of North Canton, William Clay (Rose) of Austintown, Tom Clay of Boardman and Penny Clay of Austintown; his nieces and nephews, Marley Rigley (Drew) and John Jones; his mother-in-law Joann Yohman of Youngstown; his sister-in-law Carla Yohman of Youngstown; his goddaughter Kara Patterson; and his nephew Brandon Patterson.
