With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Accordino of Austintown, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Angela. He is survived by: his parents, Carmelo "Carmen" and Helen Accordino; his friends, Sam and Andy Ashby; and his pet Waldo. He is also survived by cousins that were more like siblings, second cousins.
In lieu of flowers, material contribution may be made in Sam's name to the Basilica & National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon 2758 N Lipkey Rd., North Jackson, Ohio 44451. .
