It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Basista of Austintown, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Kowach and Martha Kowach. She is survived by: her husband William M. Basista; her sons, David S. Basista (Kathleen) of Kent and Dale Basista (Tammy) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Amy Larocque (Brian), Kevin Basista, Angela Denari, Seth Basista and Dale Lee Basista (Kristie); and her great grandchildren, Riana, Scarlett, Ava, Evan, Asher and Juliana.
