He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross A. and Mary A. Cooper Sr. (Miller); his children, Mark and Bonnie Cooper; his sister Marilyn Mayle; and his sister-in-law Marcia Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Ross Cooper III (Denise), Tracy Cooper (Gina) and Brian Cooper (Debbie); and his siblings, Clair Cooper (Mary Ann), Bruce Cooper, Chuck Cooper (Pat), Kay Bistarkey (Rich) and Mary Jane Evan (Ronnie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
