He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kotick and Emma Hacker Kotick; his sister Beverly Vitelli; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Testa and Fred Vitelli.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Testa of Westlake, Linda Kempston (Dave) of La Jolla, California and Richard Kotick (Judy) of Akron; his nephew Michael Vitelli of Youngstown; and his pet Squirt. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and many dear friends.
