He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rompf and Ruth Wendland Rompf; and his sister Roberta Smith. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Beamer (Brian) of Gettysburg, PA., Linda Miller (James) of Berlin Center, Nancy Rocco (Dan) of Austintown and Robert Rompf (Tina) of Cuyahoga Falls; his grandchildren, Andrew, Alexis, Joshua, Kyle, Emily and Robert; his sister-in-law Laurie Norfolk (Robert) of Berea; and his wife Joan B. Tonsing Rompf.
In lieu of flowers, Robert's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Gethsemane Lutheran Church in his memory.
