He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. George and Anne Drummond George; his wife Patricia A. George; his son Patrick B. George; and his sister Kathy Gondel (Thomas Gondel).
He is survived by: his son Robert J. George (Theresa); his grandchildren, Ryan George, Andrew George, Matthew George and Bryse George; and his siblings, Colleen O'Dea (Gene) and Brian George.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home (4700 Market St, Youngstown, OH 44512). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christine Church (3165 S Schenley Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511).
