He is survived by: his wife Nancy Root Chizmar; his children, Stephen Evans (Erin) of Davie, Tracie Snyder (Jason) of Springfield and Michelle Mascara (Frank) of Austintown; his grandchildren, Samantha Colon, Jessica Rector and Jackson Evans; and his brothers, James Evans (Arlene) and Daniel Evans.
In lieu of flowers, Robert requests donations to the American Cancer Society for pancreatic cancer research.
