He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Panamarczuk and Maria Panamarczuk (Karniewicz); his uncle Henry Karniewicz; his sister-in-law Dorie; and his parents-in-law, Ellen and Patrick Corbett.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Steven of Myrtle Beach, SC, Kevin (Lisa) of Austintown, OH and Michael (Niki) of Marion, OH; his grandchildren, Alex, Ava, Mila, Grayson and Fox; his siblings, Christine Panamarczuk of Youngstown, Theresa Krawiec (Carl) of Canfield and John Panamarczuk of Struthers; his nieces, Susan (Rob) and Lisa; his aunt Helen Karniewicz; and his friends, James, Linda Gerberry, John and Annette Barnett.
