She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Madjerick and Ann Jackovich; and her siblings, Lillian Lias and Carl Madjerick (Nuna). She is survived by: her husband Merle F. Kumik of Austintown; her daughters, Gerri Gagliano (John) of Summerfield, FL, Lee Moran (Al) of Summerfield, FL and Wendy Schon of Boardman, OH.; her grandchildren, Kelly Reagan of Harrisonburg, VA, Brian Reagan (Angela) of Jamestown, OH and Andrew Schon of Chandler, AZ; her great grandchildren, Austin of Jamestown, OH., Lauren of Jamestown, OH., Veronica of Jamestown, OH. and Brody Regan of Jamestown, OH.; and her stepsiblings, Janie Rodriguez, Betty Tomaka, Jimmy and Bobby Jackovich of Buffalo, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
