He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Butch and Mary Mangine Butch; his son Tom Esker; and his brother Mike Butch. He is survived by: his wife Joann Bolenbach; his daughters, Cindy Todd (Bill) of Deland, FL, Missy Spain of Niles and Vivian Grist of Austintown; his grandchildren, Zachary Covert (Kaitlyn) and Grace Gorby; his great grandchild Dashiell Covert; and his siblings, Eugene Butch (Delores) of Hillsville, PA and Darlene Kalosky (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
