He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Mary Kathleen Mills (O'Brien); his brother Edward Mills; his sister-in-law Nancy Mills; his friend Fred Davis; and his nephews, Scott and Todd Mills.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert "Terry" Mills (Jean) and Gene "Fuzz" Mills (Joyce Klabnik); and his nieces and nephews, Tracey Mills, Barbara Mills, Melissa Sydlowski (Mark), Rebekah Patton, Bob Mills (Amy) and Christopher Mills (Melissa).
