He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Walko; his sons, David Bezjak (Cheryl) of North Canton and Steven Bezjak of Cuyahoga Falls; his siblings, Dolores Schurko (Thomas) of Boardman and Richard G. Bezjak of Deerfield Beach, FL; and his granddaughter Emily Bezjak.
