She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul White and Pauline White (Sox); and her nephew Randy Rapp. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Evans; her children, Amy Keevey (Aaron) and William R. Evans (Jen); her granddaughters, Alyssa, Mya Evans and Ava Keevey; her sister-in-law Mary Beth Evans; her siblings, Carolynn Shambach, Robert (Allyson) and Michael White (Jan); her nephews, Trent Rapp, Rob White (Amy) and Kevin White (Sara); her great-nephews, Brady, Riley and Weston White; and her great-niece Gracey White. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Patricia's family requested that material contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
