It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Jubak of Austintown, Ohio, born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Bradley and Bernice Fife Bradley; her husband Charlie; her children, Brenda Murdock (Norm) of Columbus and Michael Jubak of Canfield; her brother Dave Bradley (Mary Kay) of Beloit; her grandsons, Matthew of Dallas and Paul of Cincinnati; and her nephews, Bob Jubak (Mary) of Cincinnati and Chad Bradley of Beloit.

Interment will be private on Monday September 21, 2020 at Resurrection Cemetery. Due to our current health crisis we are asking everyone in attendance to wear a mask or face covering and to maintain all social distancing guidelines, 6-foot rule and not to linger, thank you.
