She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Karas and Anna Karas (Durkis); her sons, Todd Williams (Joan) of Austintown and Richard Williams of Austintown; her siblings, George Karas (Marie) of Struthers and Shirley Shemancik of Buffalo, NY; her pet Jessie; and her brother-in-law Michael Shemancik.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice House in Marlene's name.
