He is survived by: his mother Frances Zombek Tacsik of Girard; his siblings, Paul Tacsik (Marge) of Boardman, David Tacsik of Youngstown and Lisa Hartman of Youngstown; the mother of his child Virginia Roulakis; and his former wife Lisa Earl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his former wife, friend.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 6 p. m., Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown, where a memorial service will follow at 6 p. m.
