She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Testa and Sadie Rich Testa. She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Novak; her sons, Dr. Glenn Joseph Novak of Austintown and Gerald Anthony Novak of Ravenna; her grandsons, Brian Joseph, Matthew Anthony, Joseph Michael, Christopher Glenn and David John; and her sister Violet Terihay.
