She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kuzan and Frances Kuzan (Tomalka); her stepfather Donald Garrett; her siblings, Rose Fissel, John and Jim Kuzan; and her grandson Michael Kay.
She is survived by: her husband William P. McCale; her children, Carolyn Kay (Tim) of Clayton, NC, Teresa Fox (Donny) of Austintown, Dan McCale (Cheri) of Warren, John McCale (Randi) of Medina and Steve McCale of Mineral Ridge; her siblings, Donna Thomas of Liberty, Joe Kuzan (Bev) of Austintown, George Garrett (Tammy) of Vienna and Paul Garrett (Missy) of Hilton Head, SC; and her grandchildren, John Kay, Bill Kay, Danny Ray Mylar, Jessica Charles, Darren Wilson, Cassandra Wilson, Mady, Fox, Daniel McCale, Megan McCale, Tobey McCale, John McCale, Dylan McCale, Matthew Suliks, Kaitlyn Suliks, Tawny Desmond, Annik Matteson, Mackenzie McCale and Madysin McCale. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
