He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Montgomery and Velma M. Montgomery (Stein). He is survived by: his wife Melodie L. Milhoan; his children, Tiffany Hudak (Richard) of Southington and Dustin Montgomery (Allyson) of Lordstown; his siblings, Claudia Orr of Oklahoma, Martin Montgomery (Johanna) of Texas and Dale Montgomery (Terez) of Newton Falls; and his grandchildren, Tatum, Dean and Duke Hudak. He is also survived by five nieces and six nephews.
Memorial contributions in Lee's name may be given to Bailey Road Baptist Church, 2121 North Bailey Road, North Jackson, OH 44451.
