He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Montgomery and Velma M. Montgomery (Stein). He is survived by: his wife Melodie L. Milhoan; his children, Tiffany Hudak (Richard) of Southington and Dustin Montgomery (Allyson) of Lordstown; his siblings, Claudia Orr of Oklahoma, Martin Montgomery (Johanna) of Texas and Dale Montgomery (Terez) of Newton Falls; and his grandchildren, Tatum, Dean and Duke Hudak. He is also survived by five nieces and six nephews.
