He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman O'Loughlin and Rilla Mae Allsopp O'Loughlin. He is survived by: his wife Lois O'Loughlin (Kelly); his children, Ryan, David and Katie O'Loughlin of Austintown; his sister Rilla Mae Banner (Kenneth) of Girard; his nephew Joseph (Christa); his niece Lisa Good (Matt); and his cousin Patricia McFall.
