He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael H. and Lucille Halas Sr. (Lance); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Halas of Canfield and Jessica Halas of Austintown; and his siblings, Maureen Halas Ryan of Columbus, Beverly DeVito of Austintown, Kathy Halas of Missouri and Mike Halas Jr. (Sally) of Lexington.
