It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph C. Ostrowski (Austintown, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Ostrowski and Hazel Ostrowski (Scheier); his wife Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Orr; his grandson Joey Otake; his son-in-law John Thomas; and his daughter Tina Marie.

He is survived by : his daughters, Theresa Anzelmo (Dave) of Austintown, Christine Thomas of Poland and Jennifer Belknap of Austintown; his grandchildren, Michela Bocchine (Mike), Jackson Belknap (Deborah Swegan) and Vincent Otake; his great grandchild Amaryllis; his brother John Ostrowski of Las Vegas, NV; and his pets, Ruby and Luna. He is also survived by his many family and friends.
