He is survived by: his wife Marlene Pavlik Hoffman; his children, Michael Hoffman (Kim) of Salem and Michelle Kerr (Brian) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Sarah, Olivia and Sean Hoffman; and his brother Thomas Hoffman (Patti) of Youngstown.
