He is survived by: his father Gerald Johnson; his wife Rose Marie Maxam; his sons, John of Austintown, Michael of Austintown and Jerry Johnson of Austintown; his mother Jacqueline "Jackie" Johnson of Boardman; his siblings, James Johnson (Brenda) of Michigan and Janeen Wallace of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Vanessa Dillon (Brent) of Austintown; his nephews, Shane Dillon (Jordan), George Wallace, Daniel Johnson and Zachery Johnson; his niece Allison Oleksa (Kyle); his mother-in-law MaryAnn Maxam; and his nephew Zander.
