She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Schatzel and Edith Stein Schatzel; her husband Thomas C. Puhalla; her children, Deacon Michael Puhalla (Colleen) of Poland and Janet Puhalla; her grandchildren, Kathryn, Michael, Stephen, Jared, Julia, Jenna, Jacob, Leo, Olivia, Lucy, Thomas and Anne; and her siblings, Donald, Robert Schatzel and Dorothy Schatzel. She was also cherished by friends.
