She is survived by: her parents, Gary Mazei and Brenda Mazei (Dina); her sisters, Jennifer Murdock (Jason) and Jessica Mazei (Mark Nitsky); her uncle Joe; her aunt Rosalynda Dina; her godmother Tina Ballmer; her sisters, Miranda Ballmer, Miriah Tuchek and Lori Protain; her nieces and nephews, Lilliana, Elliana and Gracie Dina; and her special buddy Theodore. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you consider making a monetary contribution to a local mental health facility or Akron Children's Hospital in Jami's name.
