With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Kergan of Austintown, Ohio, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Kergan and Helen Kergan (Rice); his wife Erma Jean Johnson; his brothers, Robert Kergan, Arthur Kergan and Gene Kergan; and his grandson Brian Malysa.

He is survived by : his sons, Steve Kergan of East Palestine and David Kergan (Maria) of Austintown; his grandchildren, Jacob, Christopher Kergan and Janean Crim (Damon); and his great grandchildren, Christian and Keshawn.
