Surtel; and his children, Sharon Kirk (Gary) of Houston, TX, James E. Booth (Susan) of Boston, MA, Mary Stockton (Andy) of Gig Harbor, WA, David Booth (Ann) of Youngstown and Richard Booth (April) of Columbus. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
