She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cerepak and Rose Sznajkart Cerepak. She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Mislevy, Claire Cerepak, Mary Pollock, Josephine Kurowski and John Cerepak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and several great-great nieces and great-great-nephews.
