She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Decker Jr.; her son Robert J. "Skip" Decker III; and her siblings, James, John, Francis McGuire, Esther Callahan, Janet Luchin and Catherine Zierenburg.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ellen Andersen (Michael) of Howland; her daughter-in-law Linda Luck of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Michael B. Andersen (Rebecca) of Ashtabula and Dr. Laura. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Helen's name to Catholic Charities Diocese of Youngstown 319 W. Rayen Ave. Youngstown, Ohio 44502 Professional services were entrusted to the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren.
