He is survived by: his children, Ronald Chambers (Terri), Tamara K. Basile (Bob) of Columbus, OH and Amber Chambers of Austintown, OH; his grandchildren, Breann (Heath), Shanda, Zachery, Jacob (Alex Tyler), Isabella-Rose, Chasity, Journee, Angeline (Joel) and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Canyon, Sterling, Ketch and Zion; and his sister-in-law LaDonna Cutri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
