He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Lewis, and Gomer Allen Lewis, Sr.; his wife Bettie Jean Leedy; his sister Lucile Williams-Bartelmay; and his brothers-in-law, James Williams, Norman Bartelmay and Robert Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Lewis (Jody) of Austintown, Wendy Homer (Greg) of West Middlesex, PA and Trudy Myers (Scott) of London, OH; his sisters, Barbara Williams and Patsy Lewis of Austintown; his grandchildren, Matt Lewis (Ali Schultz), Tony Parenti (Lorin), Noah, Faith (Guillermo Parrilla) and Jonah Myers; and his friend Cindy Jones.
