He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert M. Berquist and Lucille VanCise Berquist; his siblings-in-law, Joseph and Frances Manolio; and his son-in-law Gregg L. Bogen.
He is survived by: his wife Janice A. Manolio; his children, Jill M. Berquist-Bogen, Gilbert M. Berquist III and Joseph A. Berquist (Ann); his grandsons, Benjamin, Daniel and Matthew Bogen; his children, Isabel, Eleanor and Molly Berquist; and his sisters, Mary Ann Mullinex, Gale Wilson and Palma Marsh.
The family request that, in lieu of flowers, a donation in Gil's name be made to the Dorothy Day House of Youngstown, PO Box 863, Youngstown, OH 44501.
