He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ruggiero and Mary Grainy Ruggiero; his wife Barbara Palermo; and his siblings, John, Dominic, Philomena and Ralph.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Ruggiero (Subhashini), Karen Gladding (Wells), Annette Arneman (Charles) and Cathy Matash (Mark); and his siblings, Chris, Antamella, Auggie and Janet.
