He is survived by: his wife Beth Madura Kleja; his siblings, Marianne Kleja Sherwood (Francis) of Sharon and Stanley Kleja (Lisa) of Pittsburgh; his nephew Stan Kleja; his nieces, Andrea Sherwood and Jessica Kleja; his aunts, Cris Kunicki and Dorothy Sheppard; and his brother-in-law Mark Madura.
