She was predeceased by: her parent John Palenyczka; and her son-in-law Thomas Donegan. She is survived by: her parent Anna Starosta Palenyczka; her husband Ilko Riwniak; her children, Anna Donegan of Poland, Michael Riwniak of Austintown, Christine Rucinski (Alexander) of Macomb, Irene Price (Carl) of Columbus and Stephen Riwniak (Lori) of Boardman; her daughter-in-law Patty Riwniak of Boardman; and also, Youngstown, Germany and France. She is also survived by three sisters, a brother.
